Why convert MOV to MP3?
MOV is great for Apple devices and Final Cut, but Windows, Android and many websites struggle with MOV, especially HEVC MOVs. MP3 is the better choice for playing music and voice anywhere; keep in mind lossy, so a little detail is lost compared with WAV or FLAC.

MP3 uses lossy compression tuned so the difference is invisible to the ear at normal use. We use high-quality settings by default.
